Banana Split Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 T sugar
- 3 stk butter, melted
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 cn crushed pineapple (small)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- pecans, toasted
- marshino cherries
Crust
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 stick of butter in a oblong cake pan
- Press into bottom and sides of pan, set aside.
Filling
- Mix 2 sticks melted butter, powdered sugar, egg and vanilla in a mixing bowl
- Beat for 15 minutes
- Pour into cake pan.
Topping
- Layer crushed pineapple, then bananas, spread cool whip over pineapple and bananas
- Sprinkle pecans on top of coolwhip and place cherries on top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
