Ingredients
  1. 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  2. 2 T sugar
  3. 3 stk butter, melted
  4. 2 c powdered sugar
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 t vanilla
  7. 1 cn crushed pineapple (small)
  8. 2 bananas, sliced
  9. pecans, toasted
  10. marshino cherries
Crust
  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 stick of butter in a oblong cake pan
  2. Press into bottom and sides of pan, set aside.
Filling
  1. Mix 2 sticks melted butter, powdered sugar, egg and vanilla in a mixing bowl
  2. Beat for 15 minutes
  3. Pour into cake pan.
Topping
  1. Layer crushed pineapple, then bananas, spread cool whip over pineapple and bananas
  2. Sprinkle pecans on top of coolwhip and place cherries on top.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
