Ingredients
  1. 4 stalks celery
  2. 1 stk butter
  3. 1⁄2 onion
  4. 4 c cooked rice (2 cups uncooked)
  5. 1 cn cream of chicken soup
  6. 1 c chicken broth
  7. 2 t liquid smoke
  8. 1⁄4 t garlic salt
  9. 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Saute celery and onion in butter until really tender, not crunchy.
  2. Mix all of the above in a greased 8 x 8 pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
