Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 stk butter
- 1⁄2 onion
- 4 c cooked rice (2 cups uncooked)
- 1 cn cream of chicken soup
- 1 c chicken broth
- 2 t liquid smoke
- 1⁄4 t garlic salt
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute celery and onion in butter until really tender, not crunchy.
- Mix all of the above in a greased 8 x 8 pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
