Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cn cream of cocunut oil to mix with cool whip (small can)
- 1 bag frozen coconut (or 2 small bags)
- 1 cntnr cool whip (large container)
- 1 cn sweetened condensed milk
- cake mix - yellow, butter or white
Instructions
- Mix cake as directed and bake in a single layer pan.
- When you remove from oven, take a fork and pull apart pouring Eagle brand into done cake totally saturating.
- Let cool and cover with cool whip.
- Sprinkle desired amount of frozen coconut over cool whip.
- Use only frozen packages, canned will alter taste.
Notes
- You can use white, yellow or butter of any brand cake mix.
