Ingredients
  1. 1 cn cream of cocunut oil to mix with cool whip (small can)
  2. 1 bag frozen coconut (or 2 small bags)
  3. 1 cntnr cool whip (large container)
  4. 1 cn sweetened condensed milk
  5. cake mix - yellow, butter or white
Instructions
  1. Mix cake as directed and bake in a single layer pan.
  2. When you remove from oven, take a fork and pull apart pouring Eagle brand into done cake totally saturating.
  3. Let cool and cover with cool whip.
  4. Sprinkle desired amount of frozen coconut over cool whip.
  5. Use only frozen packages, canned will alter taste.
Notes
  1. You can use white, yellow or butter of any brand cake mix.
