Ingredients
- 1⁄4 c brown sugar
- 2 T butter
- 1 med onion
- 2 c carrots
- 1 t nutmeg (or sprinkle as desired)
Instructions
- Slice carrots diagonally, boil in salted water
- Saute onion rings in 2 tbsp of butter.
- When carrots are tender and onions are tender and clear, drain carrots and add to onions.
- Add brown sugar, stir until coated well.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg over top.
