Ingredients
  1. 1⁄4 c brown sugar
  2. 2 T butter
  3. 1 med onion
  4. 2 c carrots
  5. 1 t nutmeg (or sprinkle as desired)
Instructions
  1. Slice carrots diagonally, boil in salted water
  2. Saute onion rings in 2 tbsp of butter.
  3. When carrots are tender and onions are tender and clear, drain carrots and add to onions.
  4. Add brown sugar, stir until coated well.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg over top.
