Ingredients
- french bread, as desired
- Worcestershire sauce, as desired
- 3 cn beef broth
- 1 stk butter, melted
- 2 or 3 med onions, sliced
- mozzarella or Swiss cheese, as desired
Instructions
- Cook sliced onions in butter, simmer covered for 20-30 minutes.
- Add 3 cans beef broth, sprinkle in Worcestershire's sauce.
- Toast french bread with cheese. Serve on top of soup
