Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1⁄3 c cocoa
- 1 c coconut
- 4 eggs
- 2 c sugar
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 1 c pecans
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
For icing
- 1 stk butter
- 1⁄3 c cocoa
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 c pecans
Instructions
- Melt butter and stir in cocoa, coconut, eggs, sugar, flour and pecans.
- Pour into a 10 x 14" pan and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
- When done spread marshmallow cream over top and let cool.
Icing
- Mix Icing ingredients and add enough canned milk (pet milk) to make icing spreadable.
- Spread icing over cake and enjoy.
