Ingredients
  1. 2 1⁄2 c flour, chilled
  2. 2 stk butter, chopped
  3. 1 t salt
  4. 1⁄2 t sugar
  5. ice water
Instructions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in food processor, pulsing to mix, adding ice water as needed until dough is flaky but will hold together when pressed together.
  2. Place dough in plastic wrap and press into disk. Chill.
  3. Take out and roll on floured surface.
