Ingredients
  1. 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
  2. 1 lb velveeta
  3. 2 cn cream of chicken soup
  4. 1⁄2 c onion, chopped
  5. 1⁄2 c celery, chopped
  6. 1 lb spaghetti
  7. 1 cn rotel
  8. 1⁄2 c green pepper, chopped
  9. 1 sm jar pimentos
Instructions
  1. Cook chicken and keep broth; cook spaghetti in broth.
  2. Saute' onions, peppers and celery.
  3. Mix soups, Rotel and pimentos
  4. Add cheese; stir and heat until cheese melts.
  5. Add chicken and pour over spaghetti and heat all ingredients together.
