Ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 lb velveeta
- 2 cn cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 c onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 c celery, chopped
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 cn rotel
- 1⁄2 c green pepper, chopped
- 1 sm jar pimentos
Instructions
- Cook chicken and keep broth; cook spaghetti in broth.
- Saute' onions, peppers and celery.
- Mix soups, Rotel and pimentos
- Add cheese; stir and heat until cheese melts.
- Add chicken and pour over spaghetti and heat all ingredients together.
