Ingredients
  1. 1 c pecans
  2. 1⁄8 t cream of tarter
  3. 1⁄2 c flour
  4. 1 t vanilla
  5. 2 T butter, melted
  6. 1⁄2 c sugar
  7. 1 c dark corn syrup
  8. powdered sugar as desired
  9. 3 eggs
  10. whipping cream as desired
Instructions
  1. In small mixing bowl, beat eggs @ high speed until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Stir together flour and cream of tarter, fold into egg mixture.
  4. Stir in 1/2 of pecans, pour into greased oblong baking dish, sprinkle remaining pecans on top
  5. Bake @ 375 for 30-35 minutes or until done.
  6. Spoon into desert dishes, sprinkle with powdered sugar and whipping cream.
