Ingredients
- round steak
- 1 lb carrots, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cn tomatoes
- 1 cn Rotel (you can also use 2 cans of tomatoes if you do not like Rotel)
- 1 pk onion soup mix
- 2 pk brown gravy mix
- enough liquid to make gravy
Instructions
- Cut Round Steak in thin strips and brown in skillet.
- Add carrots, green pepper and tomatoes.
- Simmer for about 45 minutes, until beef is tender.
- Add the brown gravy mix using a little less water than the pkg directions call for.
- Cook about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.
- Serve over egg noodles or rice.
