Ingredients
  1. round steak
  2. 1 lb carrots, sliced
  3. 1 green pepper, chopped
  4. 1 cn tomatoes
  5. 1 cn Rotel (you can also use 2 cans of tomatoes if you do not like Rotel)
  6. 1 pk onion soup mix
  7. 2 pk brown gravy mix
  8. enough liquid to make gravy
Instructions
  1. Cut Round Steak in thin strips and brown in skillet.
  2. Add carrots, green pepper and tomatoes.
  3. Simmer for about 45 minutes, until beef is tender.
  4. Add the brown gravy mix using a little less water than the pkg directions call for.
  5. Cook about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.
  6. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
