Ingredients
  1. 2 c chicken, cooked
  2. 12 sli bread
  3. 1⁄3 c onion, chopped
  4. 2 eggs, boiled and chopped
  5. 1 sm can chopped mushrooms
  6. 1⁄4 c ripe olives
  7. 1⁄2 c Hellman's mayo
  8. 1 c sour cream
  9. 1 cn cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
  1. In Pyrex dish, place six slices bread with crusts trimmed and buttered, face side up.
  2. Spread chicken, onion, eggs, mushrooms, olives and mayo over bread.
  3. Then again place six slices of bread (no crusts and buttered side faced down).
  4. Cover with sour cream and soup.
  5. Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
