Ingredients
- 2 c chicken, cooked
- 12 sli bread
- 1⁄3 c onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1 sm can chopped mushrooms
- 1⁄4 c ripe olives
- 1⁄2 c Hellman's mayo
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 cn cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- In Pyrex dish, place six slices bread with crusts trimmed and buttered, face side up.
- Spread chicken, onion, eggs, mushrooms, olives and mayo over bread.
- Then again place six slices of bread (no crusts and buttered side faced down).
- Cover with sour cream and soup.
- Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
