Ingredients
- 2 T milk
- 1 c nuts, chopped
- 4 bananas, ripe and mashed (or 3 large)
- 1 t baking soda
- 1⁄2 c butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
Instructions
- Combine sugar and margarine, add eggs and bananas.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add alternately with mix.
- Fold in nuts.
- Bake in two loaf pans for 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
