Twenty Four Hour Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- nuts, chopped, as desired
- 1⁄8 c pineapple juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 c diced pineapple
- 1⁄2 pt whipping cream
- 1⁄2 lb miniature marshmallows
- 1⁄2 lb white grapes, sliced in half
- 1 sm jar maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Cook egg yolks and pineapple juice until custard is formed.
- Pour the juice from the 1/2 lemon into the custard.
- Pour over the marshmallows, then add grapes, pineapple, nuts and maraschino cherries.
- Whip whipping cream and stir into the mixture.
- Let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator.
