Vinegar Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 5 T cold water
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 t salt
- 1 c shortening
- 3 c flour
Instructions
- Cut Shortening into the flour and salt.
- Mix water, eff and vinegar together.
- Add to flour mixture and mix well.
- Roll on floured surface and place in baking dis
- Bake @ 350 degrees until light brown.
Notes
- Makes 3 crust. Very tender and flaky
