Vinegar Pie Crust
Yields 3
Ingredients
  1. 5 T cold water
  2. 1 T vinegar
  3. 1 egg, beaten
  4. 1⁄2 t salt
  5. 1 c shortening
  6. 3 c flour
Instructions
  1. Cut Shortening into the flour and salt.
  2. Mix water, eff and vinegar together.
  3. Add to flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Roll on floured surface and place in baking dis
  5. Bake @ 350 degrees until light brown.
Notes
  1. Makes 3 crust. Very tender and flaky
